Nightwatch Recording is proud to announce a new recording in the making: a collaboration
between Micha Gartner, Director of the international minstrel troupe (drum & bagpipe)
known as Wolgemut , and Owain Phyfe, vocalist of the New World Renaissance Band.
(Gartner and Phyfe are pictured below, in performance at the Southern California Renaissance Pleasure Faire.)
No date has been set for the recording's release. But, it would not appear to be in the immediate future.
As of the above date, Gartner and Phyfe remain in the research and repertoire gathering stage,
with recording and post production yet to take place. In the meantime, look for performances of Phyfe & Wolgemut,
in 2008, at The Pennsic Wars, August 5, and at The Maryland Renaissance Festival, October 11 & 12, and 18 & 19.
